qqer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Any form of money laundering or illegal activity.

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods can be used to make deposits at qqer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Each member may receive this bonus only once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus becomes active.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• qqer reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager — calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by a specified multiplier — before you can make a withdrawal. The wagering requirement at qqer is 10x (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit amount.

• There may be a specific time limit to fulfill the wagering requirements.
• Some games may not contribute to wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.
• qqer reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

There are five VIP tiers at qqer. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Your tier is determined based on your activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.

• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated and credited to your account automatically every week. qqer reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqer platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members during play.
